Labeling

Chase-Logeman has taken its Monobloc concept one
step further and incorporated labeling with filling,
plugging, and screw capping. Previously filled, plugged,
and capped containers are labeled while still in the
system star wheel. A variable speed label applicator is
used to apply labels to the side of the container. A product
sensor initiates the labeling cycle. The labeling system is
completely integrated with the filling, plugging, and
capping operations and includes an integral operator
control panel and setup keypad. A hot stamp imprinter for
date and lot coding is available.
