Component Assembly

A variety of different components have been assembled.
From syringe assembly to rubber component assembly.
Listed below are just a few of the many "Component
Assembly" assembly projects we have undertaken.

A unique filling and assembly machine to bulk
unscramble, fill and plug a plastic "Buoy-Type" container
at 150/assemblies per minute for children's toy make-up kit.

Another system includes a filling, plugging and screw
capping machine to bulk unscramble, fill, plug and cap
plastic bottles at 60/containers per minute for food
coloring kits. The system has four pumps and five (5)
feeder bowls, one for plugs and four for caps. The system
indexes four times, fills four different food colors, places
the same color plug in each bottle at a single plugging
station then indexes and places four different color caps
at individual cap placing stations and tightens them at a
single torquing station. With every fourth index a complete
set of food colors (Red, yellow, blue and green) is produced.
