AUTOMATIC LIQUID FILLING AND SCREW CAPPING

The “high-speed” Model 2FCC-12H automatically fills and caps containers up to 120 cpm. This Chase-Logeman workhorse will deliver years of simple and dependable operation.

The unit is designed for cGMP Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, and healthcare sterile and non-sterile applications, where repeatability is a must. Processes a wide variety of glass and plastic containers, “Micro-Tubes”, screw caps, and brush tip caps. Also ideal for filling and stoppering of vials (liquid fill and LYO) for added flexibility.

The filling and capping machine functions are performed “in-the-star-wheel” while the container is under full control, delivering precise operation.
