AUTOMATIC LIQUID FILLING AND CAPPING

The “high-speed” Model 2FPCC-12H automatically fills, inserts plugs, and caps containers up to 120 cpm. This Chase-Logeman workhorse will deliver years of simple and dependable operation.

The unit is designed for cGMP Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, and healthcare sterile and non-sterile applications, where repeatability is a must. Processes a wide variety of glass and plastic containers. Also ideal for filling and stoppering of vials (liquid fill and LYO) for added flexibility.

The filling, plugging, and capping machine functions are performed “in-the-star-wheel” while the container is under full control, delivering precise operation.
