Automatic Filling, Stoppering & AL Sealing

The “high-speed” Model 2FSAS-12H automatically fills, inserts stoppers, and crimps AL seals at the rate of up to 120 cpm. This Chase-Logeman workhorse will deliver years of simple and dependable operation.

The unit is designed for cGMP Pharmaceutical sterile filling operations where repeatability is a must. Processes a wide variety of glass vials and rubber stoppers sizes. Also ideal for filling and stoppering of vials (liquid fill and LYO) for added flexibility.

The filling and stoppering are performed in one star-wheel, while the crimp sealing function is performed in a separate downstream star-wheel thus eliminating contamination concerns.
