AUTOMATIC LIQUID FILLING & CAPPING for “Micro Tubes”

Another unique Monoblock from Chase-Logeman, the compact Model 505 is designed specifically for filling and capping small micro tubes.

The unit is designed for cGMP Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, and healthcare applications, where repeatability and dependability is a must. Processes a wide variety of tube sizes and styles.

All machine functions (filling & screw capping) are performed “in-the-star-wheel” while the tube is under full control.

Further enhance your operation by selecting our optional built-in integrated labeling. After the tube is filled and capped, it is indexed to the next station in the star-wheel for print and apply labeling! This cost effective option eliminates problematic container handling issues associated with these small tubes as compared to operations with an individual filler, capper, and labeler pieces of equipment.
