The compact Model 542 monoblock is designed for filling and capping a wide array of plastic and glass containers as well as small Micro Tubes!

The unit is designed for cGMP Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, and healthcare applications, where repeatability and dependability is a must. All machine functions (filling & screw capping) are performed “in-the-star-wheel” while the tube is under full control.

Further enhance your operation by selecting our optional built-in integrated labeling. After the tube is filled and capped, it is indexed to the next station in the star-wheel for print and apply labeling! This cost effective option eliminates problematic container handling issues associated with smaller containers and tubes as compared to operations with an individual filler, capper, and labeler pieces of equipment.
