The FCC Series of liquid filling and capping machines are designed to deliver years of simple and dependable operation. We offer a full line of compact Monoblock Automatic and Semi-Automatic designs. Experience our patented ChaseLock® tool-free quick and clean changeover system.

Great for cGMP Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, and Healthcare industry sterile and non-sterile applications. Process a wide variety of glass and plastic containers, Micro Tubes, screw caps, & brush-tip caps. Also ideal for filling & stoppering liquid fill vials for added flexibility.

Enhance your operation with our optional built-in integrated Labeling and Bulk Bottle Unscrambler for a cost saving single operator system. All machine functions (filling, capping & labeling) are performed “in-the-star-wheel” with the container under full control, thus eliminating problematic container handling.

The Model 505 Monoblock is designed to process small “Micro Tube” vials. The tubes and caps are presented automatically into the star wheel from a SS vibratory feeder bowl system. Offered with optional built-in integrated labeling, performed “in-the-star-wheel”. ChaseLock® tool-free quick and clean changeover system.

Automatic Filling & Capping (60cpm)
The Model 542 is designed to fill and cap the small “Micro Tube” vials AND traditional round plastic and glass containers. Micro Tubes are presented to the star wheel from a vibratory feeder bowl system, while other containers are presented on a sanitary conveyor system, lending ultimate flexibility. ChaseLock® tool-free quick and clean changeover system.

Model 540
Semi-Automatic Filling & Capping
The Model 540 is ideal for smaller batch, R&D, start-up, and Pilot Plant operations. Features the same quality and dependability you've grown to expect from Chase-Logeman Automatic Models. Filling and cap torquing functions are automatic and controlled by the PLC. Great for frequent container and product changes with our ChaseLock® system.
