Another unique Monoblock from Chase-Logeman, the Model FPCCL-12H takes liquid filling, plugging and screw capping to another level by adding “fully integrated, built-in labeling!

This unit is designed for cGMP Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, and healthcare applications, where repeatability and dependability is a must. Processes a wide variety of glass and plastic containers, “Micro-Tubes”, plugs, screw caps, and brush tip caps.

All machine functions (filling, plugging, screw capping, and labeling) are performed “in-the-star-wheel” while the container is under full control. Eliminates problematic container handling issues associated with smaller containers and individual filler, capper, and labeler stand alone pieces of equipment. Further enhance this single operator with options such as our Bulk Bottle Unscrambler.
