on a single compact Monoblock frame. This single operator machine
is ideal for LYO fill operations. Fill and partial stopper vials,
then tray load the vials in trays, ready for freeze drying. Great
for traditional liquid filling too. ChaseLock®

PC2-Univial
Filling & Stoppering
Truly unique in the industry, the Model PC2-Univial machine dependably
processes the “dual-chamber Univial”. Fills the lower
chamber, inserts center plug stopper, fills the upper chamber, and
closes the vial by inserting the upper plunger stopper. Also fills
lower chamber and places LYO stopper for freeze drying products.
Machine can also process liquid fill or LYO fill traditional serum
