This truly unique and proven machine combines Filling, Stoppering, AL Sealing and Automatic Tray Loader delivering unparalleled value. Great for LYO operations where fill-stopper-AL sealing and tray loader operations go hand-in-hand.

The vials are filled with liquid product and the stopper is inserted in the star wheel, then the vial is conveyed to the automatic tray loader station. From there the filled trays can be loaded into the freeze dryer, with the vial never being touched by the operator. Once the freeze drying has taken place, the vials can be processed through the machine for the final crimp sealing and loaded into trays.
