The Model FSTS-12H is another example of proven innovation from Chase-Logeman. No where else in the industry can one find such dependability in a single compact space saving frame.

The machine is a combination of our Filling & Stoppering and Automatic Tray Loader monoblock models. Great for LYO operations where fill-stopper and tray loader operations go hand-in-hand.
The vials are filled with liquid product and the stopper is inserted in the star wheel, then the vial is conveyed a short distance to the automatic tray loader station. From there the filled trays can be loaded into the freeze dryer, with the vial never being touched by the operator.
